1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product meets the following conditions:
The item must be unused and unworn.
The product must be in original condition with all tags attached.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
Items purchased during final sale or clearance sale.
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved:
The refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or replacement if the product is available.
5. Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping charges paid during the order are non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
